Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I would like to order more than one item but shipping is becomming expensive. Can you ship items together to save on cost?
Please contact me prior to making your order. I will then look at whether items can be packaged together, the exact weight of the package, and how much you can save on shipping. This applies to my Handmade Cards especially. Please do send me a convo or email and I can let you know exact shipping costs for more than one item.
